25 Years of Bishop Giuseppe Pasotto's Shepherding!
Today, we joyfully celebrate the 25th anniversary of Bishop Giuseppe Pasotto's episcopal service!
Born on July 6, 1954, in Bovolone, Italy, he was ordained a priest on May 12, 1979. In 1993, he arrived in Georgia to support the re-establishment of the Catholic Church after the Soviet era. Appointed Apostolic Administrator of the Caucasus in 1996, he was consecrated as the Titular Bishop of Musti on January 6, 2000.
Throughout his ministry, Bishop Pasotto has been a source of unwavering support, offering guidance and comfort to the faithful, especially during the most challenging times.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude for his dedicated service and thank God for the grace bestowed upon him. May he continue to lead with wisdom and compassion in the years to come!
